Returns Policy
Because of the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on most items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Intimate apparel
- Adult wellness products
- Opened or used items
- Items not in original condition
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hearthandhoneyintimates.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Eligible Returns
If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
